4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

• 4.2 Product colours may vary due to photography, lighting, and display settings and shall not be considered defects.
• 4.3 Handloom and handcrafted products may exhibit minor irregularities inherent to the craft and shall not be treated as defects.

5. PRICING

• 5.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• 5.2 Prices are inclusive of packing charges. Applicable taxes and shipping charges shall be levied additionally.

6. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

• 7.2 We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways.
• 7.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• 8.3 Shipping typically takes 3–10 days within India.

Damage Claims: Must be reported within 48 hours. Clear unboxing video mandatory. Claims without video evidence may be rejected.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• 9.1 All sales are final.
• 9.2 Returns accepted only for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect products.
• 9.3 Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
